The mission of the organization was set by His Holiness the late Triple Beatified
Pope Shenouda III who was a strong supporter and believer that we should lend great attention to the Lord’s brethren, implementing the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ

“In as much as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.”
[Mat 25:40]:

About Atohobony

Starting from a TV show that cares about presenting and helping the cases of
Our Lord’s brethren, those in deep need and their voices are going in vain.
Abiding by the words of Our Lord of Glory, Jesus Christ: "‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to Me", the program presents these cases to those who love the way of heaven.
Capitalizing on the small scale efforts that started in 2005 localized to the areas of Mansheyt Naser and Zabalin (Garbage Collectors) in 2012 and in less than 10 years Atohobony has touched the lives of tens of thousands families all over Egypt; building them houses, providing them with proper medication, and changing the lives of the needy by providing them with sustainable revenue sources.
Converting from just doing what we can for individual cases the efforts of Atohobony progressed into an institutional operation that serves in multiple disciplines and rather than just handling the challenge at hand for the case, we handle the case from a comprehensive point of view dealing with the current situation and the consequences of the solution proposed, for example if a hard labored breadwinner parent is in need for a heart surgery and his new medical condition won’t allow him to provide to his family, Atohobony would handle the medical condition while availing an alternate source of income to the family that would suit the parent’s health state.
35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite yofu in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
